How much does it cost to have a control arm replaced on a dodge neon?

I need to have a control arm replaced in my suspension for my 2002 Dodge Neon. I was quoted over $1000 and am wondering if that is accurate.|||Way overpriced for that repair. Move on to another shop.|||That job most reputable shops can do in 35-45 minutes. Flat rate cant be anymore than 1.5 hours so no more than 150.00 for the labor. Control arm for that can be purchased through Dorman at a cost of @ 45-60 dollars new, so even with the typical shop markup of 250%, the part should run you @ 145.99 at a shop. I'd say 400.00 plus the cost of an alignment is more in line so the answer to your question is..that is high and not accurate.|||that's way to much money on repairing it,thats enough to replace just about every part of the front end and steering on it,go to another shop because their over chraging on this one real bad, good luck|||Its a 3 hour job with a 50$ used or 200$ new part... So do you think you should pay 800$ for 3 hours of work?
