What is the difference between the 2005 Dodge Caravan SE and SXT models?

I have a 2005 dodge caravan and I was wondering the difference between the two so I can estimate it's value.|||The SE is the Base model with a 3.3L motor. The SXT is the Special value Pkg with the 3.8L with trac. control, allow wheels, pwr doors, fog lights, trip comp., three zone temp. control and stow and go for late '05s -'08. Go with the SXT you really arn't paying a whole lot more but get so much more value.|||the se is pretty much the base model for those now the sxt is the nice one with all the options on it,and the price of it will be a lot higher in book value,you can run both of those through on http://kbb.com ,ands see the difference in price,the sxt holds its value a lot better than the se model does,but both are good vans,good luck.
