How much would it cost to put airbags on a 1991 Dodge Dynasty?

I have a 1991 Dodge Dynasty and I want to put air bags on it. I don't need a fancy setup but it needs to get the job done. The highest I want to go is 10-12 inches and be able to drop all the way dwn to the ground. I would like a 5-10 gallon air tank. I need it to be under $1,500.
