What's the best spark plug for a 1997 dodge ram with the one of the cylinders missing?

I just put new plugs in about maybe a month or longer ago and one is already going bad (8th), and my 8th cylinder is missing. It already has a non fouler in it to help. But what is a good spark plug that can just burn the rest of the oil that gets in the cylinder and will last a little bit longer? It's a 1997 Dodge Ram 1500 with a 5.2 in it.|||use autolite 42s and gap them 60

and pull the plug wire back about 1\4 inch away from the plug,so it has to jump to the plug.

it will fire hotter

been doing it for over 40 years

don't do it with the non fouler on or it will overheat the plug|||if its using oil go back with a one or two step up higher plug in it,i haven't seen a 5.2 use that much oil that its fouling the plugs out though in a long time, champion plugs usually last the longest in them, using the non fouler's should prevent it from doing that,if its using that much oil though no plug made is going to last too long in it,good luck with it.
