How to get in touch with a Dodge zone manager?

I have a warranty service issue with a Dodge dealer. I've asked to be put in contact with the zone manager but they have refused that request. The Chrysler "help" line number also refuses to initiate a case number. My car is not fixed and I've paid them an extraordinary amount of money. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks|||customers can not contact a district manager. customer assistance, however, should have halped you. what is your issue? if you have repeated failed attempts at fixing a problem, customer assistance will open a CAIR. (customer assistance inquiry request) the dealer will be contacted by chrysler and will then be invoved in getting your problem fixed, or you can go to another dealer. if you let us know what your problem is, maybe we can help you.|||Write a letter concerning your complaint and send copies to the dealer, service manager and general manger...always put complaints in writing to leave a paper trail...most companies and management take letters more seriously or respond differently when a piece of paper is in their hands, than a phone call. Make copies of repair records to document your complaint. Talk to the dealer's general manager or dealer himself and tell them you will report them to the State's Motor Vehicle Division and BBB if they do not comply. Do not threaten...just make it known that you are not satisfied with the service or repairs on your vehicle. Contact a local TV station that investigates consumer complaints.|||1-800-992-1997 CHRYSLER CUST SERVICE.
