What year did Dodge introduce the 2.7 engine and what vehicles did they equip with it?

What year did Dodge introduce the 2.7 engine and what vehicles did they equip with it?|||They introduced the 2.7 engine in L.H. models in 1997-98.|||i was thinking it was 96 and they used in in the intrepid the most,but it was also used in other models also in 97 and later on,i couldn't find anything on the net about the year they came out with it but i think 95 or 96 was the first year of it,im probably wrong on this one though,good luck.|||i don't know but that's one of the worst engines ever made
