What is the name of a photographer who uses the dodge and burn technique?e?

I can't find anything anywhere, they need to be a photographer who does dodge and print by printing from negatives and NOT digital photoshop dodge and burn.|||Every photographer who has ever shot b%26amp;w film and printed their own work has used dodge and burn.

Those that don't print their own work would write instructions for that onto a test print.

It is a very standard thing to do.

Ansell Adams is probably the most famous name and was an expert in darkroom work.|||Not every photographer dodges / burns their prints.

Some prefer to use graduated ND filters!

|||There's no way you'll be able to look something like that up on google. It's not a specific type of technique like HDR or something. Photographers use Dodge and Burn as a means of improving an image if they can't do it by other means. It's not a matter of if they like to use it, they only use it if they absolutely have to.

It's simply an impossible question|||Most every photographer that shot film %26amp; developed it themselves used dodge and burn techniques at some time or other.

Ansel Adams was a pro at it - in fact here's one of his quotes on the subject;

"Dodging and burning are steps to take care of mistakes God made in establishing tonal relationships"

I've done a fair bit in the darkroom %26amp; now digitally.|||sebastian salgado... nowadays hes a respectable lecturer in earth sciences.. but back in the day he did work for certain fetish magazines... like skin2... i remember a coffee table book he did... all the photos added up didnt cover one second... and they were absolutely stunning. this would have been late 70's early 80's... the man is a darkroom genius...|||Every photographer who uses or used black and white film and does their own darkroom work has used dodging and burning. This question is a bit like asking for the names of photographers who use the 'taking pictures using a camera' technique.|||It's going to be hard to find nowadays......that's old school. Although a lot of older photographers like the developing process. I myself enjoy the composure more than I do the printing...I'll leave that for the printing specialists lol|||Chris Walrath of Delaware. Just Google for the website.|||Ansel Adams, He was a pro at this.|||most photographers DON'T use dodge and burn, unless they REALLY have to..
